Biotinylation dPEG™ Pegylation reagents, dye labels, crosslinkers and crosslinking reagents, reagents with
discrete PEG (dPEG™) spacers.
We provide a full range of discrete polyethylene glycol (dPEG™) pegylation reagents for applications in diagnostics, therapeutics, peptide synthesis, oligonucleotide synthesis, and nanotechnology. Our monodisperse pegylation reagents currently have MW’s from 200 D to almost 1,300 D. These pegylation compounds have broad functional use in drug development and drug modification, as crosslinker species for conjugation applications, especially with antibodies and in antibody production, and modification of peptides and oligonucleotides. For biotin-labeling applications, we also offer several water-soluble biotin compounds with various length dPEG™ linkers attached. Our customers have found our water-soluble biotin compounds to be superior to traditional biotin-labeling compounds in nearly all applications. Our dPEG™ technology addresses numerous drug development issues including water solubility, immunogenicity, antigenicity, aggregation, and toxicity.
The range and discreteness of our dPEG™s provides you, the customer, the option of finding just the right compound for your application. You control the physical size and spacer or linker distance of your product based on a single compound dPEG™ of known length instead of on a range of lengths as found with polydisperse PEGs.
